Authentic leadership

The fact that not every “leader” in a company is automatically in charge can be seen at the latest when the employees do not act as they should. The answer "they just don't want to - or can't help it" is often too short-sighted. With such an attitude, the manager endangers good cooperation in any case. The result is an acceleration of the declining performance and a hardly perceptible employee motivation. The situation is not hopeless, however, the leadership of employees can be learned and trained. Six managerial tasks are particularly important: instructing, informing, planning, making decisions, as well as motivating and controlling. A manager must not give up these tasks; because that is the only way the manager will be perceived as a manager by his employees. Through targeted coaching, we support executives in performing their management functions and in being seen by their employees as leaders.

Present

Everyone usually learned to speak as a child... and can still do it today! It's usually fine as long as you stay in familiar surroundings and talk to people you know. But if someone is faced with the task of saying something publicly, all sorts of problems quickly arise. Saying something publicly does not necessarily mean giving an important speech in front of a large audience. As a managing director, branch manager or plant manager, you are often in front of a more or less large public, e.g. when you present your company and your range of operational changes to your employees Presenting the company In your function, there is also the fact that you always represent yourself as a private individual and want/need to make contacts. Active participation in associations and clubs, an appearance at the voluntary fire brigade or at the parents' evening at school, all These are situations in which you can collect plus points for your professional work through a confident, competent appearance! We are always at your disposal for individual advice, coaching or a seminar!
